I took my brother for an eye exam and had such a great experience. The doctor was patient, honest, and truly cared about his well-being—not just about billing insurance. After 16 years in the U.S., this is the first honest eye doctor I’ve met. As someone who’s taken care of my siblings’ appointments and worked with the elderly and people with disabilities, I’ve seen a lot with how doctors in the USA, it’s all about the money (insurance). It was refreshing to meet someone who does their job with genuine passion, care, and kindness. Highly recommend!

I am so grateful that I found Eye Site Optical! I fell asleep with my glasses on and when I woke up they were completely bent with one of the lenses ready to pop out. I tried to fix them myself but was afraid I would break them. I wish I had gotten the lady’s name that greeted me when I walked in, but she jumped right on it, had the glasses fixed perfectly in less than 10 minutes and offered to replace the nose pads. All for an amazingly low price. Thank you so much!

I came to KSU for a summer camp. Accidentally slept on my glasses and it got bent. Came to the nearest eye place, Eye site optical. There were people in there but I was seen really quick. The owner, I assumed, he fixed it really quick and didn’t even charged me. So sweet and awesome! No wonder lot of people come here. Thank you!

True professionals through and through. Incredible customer service! The staff at Eye Site in Marietta treated me like royalty. I've been to half a dozen optical retailers over the past decade and Eye Site leaves them all in the dust.

The amount of compassion and informative communication went well above what I was anticipating. I highly recommend them for every walk of life, budget and age group. Thank you so very much again for the positive experience. I will be back.

I had my first appointment with them about a year ago and it was amazing.
The staff was so friendly and patient. They answered all of our questions and helped us as much as they could.
It was my first time getting glasses so I did take a pretty long time to choose the right frame for me.
They offered me advice according to what I told them I was looking for.
I had such a wonderful experience with them and I'm excited about my 2nd appointment tomorrow

I love this eye doctor! I've been to many other places that don't even try to adjust my glasses. The doctors here actually care and are precise. My whole family gets their eyes checked here. I've moved to West Cobb and I will still travel to this location.

Great place to go. Dr. Tracy is one of the nicest Eye Drs I’ve ever gone to and the front staff is bilingual something that helped my family (long time customers) especially because they translate the appointments something a lot of places don’t offer to Spanish speaking patients. Mr.Scot knows what he is doing with lens he is a very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Over all just a great spot highly recommend especially for custom lens/glasses and bilingual services
