if I could give Minus stars I would. Terrible experience with Expeditors business shipping international freight. My freight was held in BONDED STORAGE waiting to clear US Customs and items were stolen from a carton sealed with US Customs tape. NOBDY will take responsibility and Expeditors WILL NOT PAY FOR THE LOSS and will not take ownership of the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . MANY OTHER RELIABLE HONEST COMPANIES OUT THERE

The sign in process and wait time can be a problem if you have deadlines. But there's a bathroom and they have docks with forklifts onsite. They load the frieght on your truck for you. Boxtrucks park on the ramp.
