After my mom passed away, we were left with a ton of pictures from all different eras. I didn't know what to do with them and then someone suggested digitizing them. I researched a bunch of companies and went with EverPresent because of their mission: to help families and institutions tell their stories and pass down memories – and make the process as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Great communication throughout the process. I dropped my tapes off at a local store in Long Island and felt very comfortable that they’d be handled well and they were. I wish the transfer had more editing included like taking out long blacked out sections or white snow. But all in all I was really pleased with my Everpresent experience.

Every step of the process was outlined and I was updated with progress. Final product (audio recordings) are very good quality, clearly and correctly labeled, and I am extremely happy with my experience. I highly recommend EverPresent for preserving audio from dead formats! ( I was stunned they even had the equipment to deal with DATs)
