This is one of America's largest pipeline companies and takes up several floors in this very tall building in downtown Houston, and they do a lot of research and development here too.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced!!!

Enterprise 877# took my reservation for a 4 door pick up truck. The agent at Enterprise told me the Waco location would pick my husband up.

After waiting an hour called can back and was told they were in their way.

I called the Waco location and was treated very rude and informed me they had no record of Orr reservation and at 5:39 PM refused to pick up my husband; they don’t pick up after 5 PM.

Next day My husband finally got picked up after DeMarco rudely told me he would be there sooner!

DeMarco also did not have the 4 door truck we reserved and told my husband to drive the Hyandai back to San Antonio and get a 4 door truck there.

I have called 877# and over 20 Enterprise locations in San Antonio and still don’t have the 4 door truck!!!

Will never ever recommend Enterprise!!!!!
