Scam company set out to take advantage of their employees. I even think they stole my Georgia tax withholding because there sent me 2 separate W2s with different withholding amounts.

EIT is a great place to build one's IT career. Sure, it's a lot of hard work and effort, and as long as one's ok with that, the company is helpful / resourceful.

Most of the negative comments are from peers that want to negate their employment agreement and leave without fulfilling the terms, once they have landed an opportunity.

Take it for what you want, the company gives you a shot at launching your career in the US technology market.
