Best customer service I’ve had with any company in a long time. Trent the owner personally came out to our home to resolve an issue with our install and make sure everything was properly restored before he left. They really want to take care of their customers and it shows. I don’t often leave reviews except under exceptional circumstances and their service is exceptional.

It all started with sending in a water sample from my newly built home for a free test. Shortly thereafter Enevive contacted for the results, of which a representative came to my house and did a more profound water test. I was shocked how hard the water was and how many “acceptable” toxins are in our (utility grade) water. I then scheduled a consultation at their HQ in Pleasant Grove, of which my father and I both attended and therefore, both made the decision to prioritize our health by investing in their home water filtration system and reverse osmosis system.
They had install availability next day and their install team was very knowledgeable and professional with the install. They tried their best to install with the least amount of intrusion on the home. They were able to accommodate my request of putting the reverse osmosis filters and tank below the kitchen floor, out of sight. 5 starts in all aspects.

My husband and I purchased a water treatment system in 2021 and we have never regretted making the purchase! Our water is so nice and everyone always compliments us on it. We also have the peace of mind that there are no chemicals in our water as well.
We have had a hiccup or two with our “5 year of soap” deal and the water softener had a broken part when it was installed, but every time I call, the customer service is great! They’ve been very understanding and have helped resolve the issues ASAP.
I also love the healthy alternative soaps like laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, cleaners and more that they’ve recommended over the big brand soap and cleaners I previously used and I don’t think I’ll ever go back!

We absolutely love our new water filtration system! Since getting it installed, we’ve noticed a huge difference—our water is now smooth and soft. It’s made a world of difference for our family, especially for my daughter’s eczema, which has cleared up significantly.

Melanie was fantastic to work with. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and performed multiple tests on our old water right from our home. One of the tests showed how much sediment was in our water—it was shocking and pretty gross!

The change in our skin and hair has been incredible, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to invest in this system. If you’re on the fence about getting a water filtration system, I can’t recommend it enough!

We really love our whole house filtration system with reverse osmosis, UV light killing for bacteria! We’ve enjoyed the system for two years now and feel cleaner both inside and out! It’s amazing bathing, showering and drinking ultra pure water! Hoping to keep healthy and strong in the years to come!
