As of 31 May 2024: “I am updating my review to 3 stars. I went in this morning and it’s appears to be working remarkably well. It only took 5 mins for me to update my calendar link and send to my VA. The only recommendation I would provide for the future is if the system is down, let your clients know. I spent 4-5 hours yesterday thinking I was doing something wrong because I AM technologically challenged and I would have saved a ton of time redirecting my energy on other tasks. The initial guidance I was given was to make sure to save my work. Which I knew I had, but because I am aware of my own shortcomings I thought it was my fault and to my pleasant surprise this morning, it was NOT me. The system was just down. Effective client communication would have saved wasted time, energy and frustration.”

Right now it’s been an awful experience. I’ve gone in once and update all my information and details to include syncing up my calendar. And now that I’ve done back in, it’s all done with the exception of my calendar is still synced but I can’t get a link for clients to book. It’s extremely demoralizing and frustrating and not easy to use.

Just finishing up the 76 training modules and preparing to launch our first campaign in June. Both the technical modules and the marketing modules are excellent and provide 95% of what you will need to launch. The other 5% will be provided by the support team which responds to emails within 10 minutes.

This is a very slow product. It feels like its still the beta version. It takes a good hour to get it to actually turn on

wish i could update to 0 stars. My training portal randomly disappeared. unbelievably disappointed with this heap of garbage

I’ve used several options in the past, but e360 is hands down THE BEST! The customer service and value is top notch. Don’t bother with the ‘other guys’, you’ll just be lost and frustrated!
