I hate having to do bad reviews on local business. However this was some of the worst customer service. We met Matt a while ago and really enjoyed talking to him. So when we needed to update our logo we called him. We spoke with Matt and he assured he understood exactly what we wanted and would pass it to the individual who does the designing. However that was weeks ago. Whenever we call he says oh she will send it Friday now today it was oh I don’t know why she hasn’t sent it.

Again we love small business, but can’t support people who don’t support us by doing their job!

They’ve done work for me in the past and the work was excellent. However, this next go around as from a business standpoint, the service has been listed stellar. I’ve waited once weeks on in to get my shirts printed and mailed off after the owner offered to mail them to the people on my team And that never happened. After the owner promised, and then I paid to have a booth set up and produced, and it never happened although the owner said it happened when I went to the store multiple times waiting for it so it’s been a terrible experience. I’m still waiting on my refund and I have documentation to show all of that and I’m waiting to get all of that still I’ve just been getting the runaround and I think I’ll continue to get it and until then I’ll continue to post and let you all know how this goes on a weekly basis , I have to back up everything I’m saying as well

Service at Elite is phenomenal. Drove 100 miles to Provo and was disappointed when vendor couldnot fill order. After a lot of phone calls found Elite in West Valley. They made our day. Super friendly. Actually gave us instant service after learning how far we had come.
I am actually looking for another project that Elite can do for us. They are the kinda people that make you want to come back.

Dont think, just go! I was so lucky to have found this place on a quick search because everything came out amazing.
