The owner is the most honest man I know. He will sell himself short just to have the opportunity at the job. The company as a whole is very professional and punctual. Things happen when they say they will (barring weather and unforeseen obstacles). If you want a no BS approach, with honesty and integrity, this is definitely for you. We used Elevation Design for surveying and creating a plat when buying land. Joel was very prompt with communication, as well as detailed and thorough with his work. Joy was so kind and exceptional with communicating timelines, sending documentation and explaining processes. We contacted them again over six months after completing the survey to assist with recording our plat with the county. Joy responded so promptly and was quick to get it sent to the county. We’ve had such a great experience at every step of the process with the company. 10/10 would recommend.
