The customer service is excellent. It is my first time shopping at this store, after reading some of the unfavorable reviews I was hesitant. But, I saw that the store manager responded to the comments so I decided to give the store a try.
Boy was I impressed, Ms. Darlene is a true example of what excellent customer service should be. I purchased the 4 items I needed in less time than it would have taken at Home Depot. I attribute this to the 2 employees who were so helpful in answering my questions and loading my trunk. Keep up the good work.

Very, nice store, as well as the staff. I traveled 30 miles to pick up a portable drill press since they were the only Ace within 50 miles of my hometown Ace. Sadly, they did not have it either. I should have called to confirm first, so that's on me. However, while waiting for the staff to find it, I had an opportunity to browse the isles and man, they were loaded with every tool you can imagine. Except mine of course. 😆 Great selection and customer service. BTW, I didn't leave empty handed.

I visited the store on 1/15/25 at 645pm . As i entered the female cashier greeted me , i replied. She then again said HELLO loudly inferring that my initial reply to her greeting was apparently not sufficient for her so i said hello and she then said thank you in a snarky tone and manner. I continued shopping almost in disbelief at her behavior. After careful and judicial consideration i decided not to make a purchase and shop elsewhere to both avoid having to experience her self righteous demeanor as well as reward poor customer service. I will shop here in the future as the customer service is typically exemplary, however this particular employee certainly needs coaching and training on the basics of customer service and people skills .

Huge thanks to Ace Hardware for saving the day on Christmas Eve! When our sink decided to start leaking at the worst possible time, they had exactly what we needed—a brand-new faucet ready to go. Their location is so convenient for those of us in Dallas, perfectly away from the hustle and bustle of Hiram. We’re so grateful for their great service and for being open when we needed them most!
