This is the company to use. Their staff is AMAZING!! EGP goes above and beyond to keep their customers happy. We are able to reach out anytime with an issue and their delightful team are quick to fix. Their copies are top of the line. EGP's team keeps in touch and stops by our office to make sure there isn't any issues. We have used EGP for 6 years. I have shopped around and no one has been able to beat their price yet, and NO ONE will beat their customer service. Our rep Meredith and our repair technician Rick are THE BEST. Service is same day, with a smile, and a whole lot of knowledge and experience. Our law firm simply cannot function without our Kyocera printer/scanner/fax, so when it is down it is an emergency. It is RARELY down, but when it is, Rick is usually at our door within the HOUR. Just wow, you guys blow us away! Thank you!!!

Mark is the WIZARD of printers!! My office printer decided to test my patience by getting jammed up after every individual sheet that would try to print. After many failed attempts to fix it myself, I knew it was time to call EGP Document Solutions for help.
