Bad customer service! The contract that I had with them was used it to take equipment which legally belonged to me. I tried to get in contact with one of the owners who had said on numerous times that he'd get back to me and didn't. His Mom who also runs the business, didn't either. They had someone who doesn't work for them often reach out to me and ask me to understand their circumstances for not getting back to me, but in the meantime, they have my equipment sitting there. I am certain there are better AVL companies out there, especially ones which aren't in Stone County. When you pay money, you expect service, and that's not what they are about.

Caution!! Very scammy business practices by the owners who run the company. We had a business deal with them and they stole 1/2 of our equipment after we paid for it through another vendor. He wouldn't return my calls, texts - or anything. I kept on having to go through someone who I found out is only marginally related to their business. You will lose your investment for sure with them! Caveat Emptor!!
