I bought a 700 horsepower truck from them for about $90,000 with a promise of a repair. When I picked my truck up, it had over 100 Mi put on it. They blame some other company (3rd party)then never called me back. I let it go for fear of my anger getting the best of me don't do business with these people.

If I can give them zero stars I would, I took my Jeep to Ed Voyles service department because my check engine light came on. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty oil sensor and replaced it. I trusted their expertise and paid for the repair. They charged me $2200

Fast forward ONE WEEK, and the check engine light is back on. I take it back, and now they tell me that my oil pump needs to be replaced. How did this suddenly become an issue AFTER they supposedly fixed the problem? 🤔 Now they wanted another $1800.

When I asked for an explanation, they were completely dismissive and avoided giving me a straight answer. Instead of taking responsibility or acknowledging their mistake, they just acted like this was a normal occurrence. Clearly, they either misdiagnosed the issue the first time or caused additional damage.

Update: I took my Jeep to another shop, and they reset the codes ($99 for the diagnosis), test-drove it multiple times while measuring oil pressure—everything tested fine. I can't believe that Ed Voyles was ready to charge me $2K just because the computer said so, without thoroughly verifying the issue. It feels like they were more interested in making an expensive repair than actually diagnosing the problem properly. I’m glad I got a second opinion, but I won’t be trusting Ed Voyles with my vehicle again.

I had the pleasure of working with Nicco last weekend. He is worth more than his weight in gold, and Voyles hit the jackpot with him when they hired him on their team. He was a very good listener and was flexible - whenever I wanted to speak to him or come test drive vehicles he was right there for me. He gave me an outstanding offer on my trade in, and had lots of wiggle room with pricing. I am so happy with my final decision. I was treated with care and respect and I’ve already told anyone who will listen about my experience with Voyles. Thank you again Nicco!

Well it seems that I am working my way through the Atlanta Jeep dealerships looking for a good service department. I had used Ed Voyles a few months ago and I had a good experience. They recently sent me a coupon for service discounts. I had noticed that my 2019 Rubicon was not shifting as it did when it was new. After some research I determined that a preventative maintenance transmission fluid change would be a good first step. I called and spoke with a service writer. She asked me for the vehicle information twice, which I provided. I made an appointment and got an estimate for the fluid change ($239.95).

Due to work obligations I sent my wife to drop it off a day early. The service writer there did not know what I wanted done when my wife arrived so in the end I had to speak with him on the phone. He then quoted me $800+ for a filter and pan change but not a fluid change.

I can buy the pan and filter for $132.16 from Mopar. I can do this work, but I wanted the peace of mind that comes from having a dealership do it because it is still under warranty.

All of this was a red flag that things would only get worse so I did not let them do the work. Unfortunately my wife wasted an hour of her time.

If I hadn’t gotten a quote and if I hadn’t called ahead I could accept some of this, but I did everything I could to ensure this would go smoothly.

I will not use Ed Voyles Jeep again.

Worst experience ever!!!!!! keep in mind i purchased my vehicle from this horrible place!!! Had my car towed in for a dead battery, i was charged over $500!!! Also, my battery died, i did not run out of fuel and killed the battery. I get my car back with huge oil stains on my light colored seats that i recently paid $200 for to be cleaned!!! There was a nasty sassy note that one of the “men” left in the notes stating that they had to move “a mountain” of my possessions from the trunk to reach a fuel pump, not my problem and very sassy and condescending. not to mention anything that was in my trunk is concealed and it appears to be empty to the naked eye. they removed everything from my trunk and left it in my passenger seat. A mngr dustin offered for me to come back the next morning to get my car detailed, waited 3 hours just for them to bring me my car with a huge nail in it!!!!! mngr dustin tells me that they will plug it and that they normally charge $50 to plug… then had to explain to him that the nail came from them!!!! worst experience ever, i asked to be refunded a percentage of my money and mngr dustin disappeared. Jim in service was rude. When i went to tap my card and received and error, he asked if i had a specific amount on my card, like huh? Avery was extremely helpful. see attached photos of the horrible experience. i will be reaching out to corporate.

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee (not from this dealer) and I have been attempting to change the steering wheel control button cluster. I have searched for hours online over the past month and can't find a single video. So I decided today to come by Ed Voyles Jeep to see if I could simply ask someone in the service dept for guidance. I was profoundly disappointed when the service desk agent informed me that he wasn't a technician and therefore couldn't offer any insight and that the technicians don't talk to customers or the public about these things. However, he would be happy to make an appointment for me so that I could bring my Jeep and the part back at a different time and they would replace the audio control button for the price of 2 hours of labor, or approximately $422!

I think I've lost all faith in both people and companies at this point. And Ed Voyles has just lost a customer.

Ed Voyles do not take responsibility for their work, just grab your money. Simply Ignore your calls and messages. Extremely disappointed with this place. I Had my car, Jeep Compass, two times in this place to fix excessive fuel consumption. I was charged for service twice plus parts and spent close to one thousand dollars. Not only the problem was not fixed, it even got worse. Multiple attempts asking for fixing the problem have gone ignored and unanswered. I simply ask them to stand behind their repair work and make sue is fixed, otherwise refund the money back.
