I am writing to you yet again. On September 5th, 2024 I formally demanded a refund of $2450.00, for monies paid to you for marketing services. That refund was never delivered. You replied to (a) a contract being in place (b) a term in said contract that all services/leads outlaid in the contract would be delivered in 60 days.

To address point A. You refer to a contract in place. I am not in receipt of any contract that is signed by all parties and enforceable.
To point (b) 60 days have elapsed and no services have been delivered.

Numerous emails and texts were sent to you and your “support services” and no reply came. It is my opinion that you have willfully and intentionally taken monies with no intent of delivering services. This is confirmed by your non action. It is now a matter of record that no services were delivered

It is apparent and obvious that you did not act in good faith, you did not deliver any service whatsoever, and no refund was made even though demanded. I am now again demanding a full refund immediately. If no refund is executed and delivered within 3 business days I will be forced to take appropriate action.

I am writing to warn others about my disappointing experience with Easy Mortgage Solutions. I signed up for their service with the promise that I would close 12 loans a year. Unfortunately, after 8 months, I have not closed a single loan. The leads they provided were not qualified, and it became clear that their promises were unfounded.

Over these 8 months, I have wasted a substantial amount of money: $15,000 on their service plus $900/month on Google Ads, totaling $7,200. Despite this significant investment and lack of results, Easy Mortgage Solutions refused to give me a refund. The guarantee they speak of is if you do not close a loan after 12 months they continue to run the service, but you have to pay the google ads. So basically, if they don't keep their promise, you can continue to waste $900/month on Google ads.

I want to caution others against using Easy Mortgage Solutions. Don't fall for their promises and end up in the same frustrating situation. Your time and money are better spent elsewhere.

Being an industry veteran I am astonished at the lack of professionalism about this company. A very expensive platform to sign up for however East Mortgage Solutions will not hold up their end of the deal and will back peddle every chance they can to not provide their 12 funded loan guarantee. If you are a loan officer looking at this company, please take my advice and do not sign up. Myself and one of my loan officers on my team both signed up for this program and they have not delivered. The team is highly disorganized, took us several meetings to get the basics up and running and even after that my team and I noticed no social media posts. The leads are garbage and not prescreened like advertised. I rarely write up reviews but my frustrations with Easy Mortgage Solutions needs to be known and if I can help one loan officer stay clear from Easy Mortgage Solutions it is worth it.

Do NOT waste your time and money here!

Looking at other reviews says a lot. I have been a lender for 20 years. I close 3 to 5 loans per month, every month, from referrals. I know how to work leads and close deals. Chris will hop on here to claim I do not utilize the system properly or I do not know how to close a loan. Anyone that is defensive and projects blame is deflecting the faults of their failed system and promises. The staff openly admitted to failing me for 3 months and the exact words were "write that off and start over to move forward", AFTER I SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON AD SPEND! They did nothing and offered nothing for compensation and never changed the ads to attract the customers I requested. They basically commit fraud by making promises they cannot and have not delivered. On top of that, it takes days if not weeks to get a reply to an email or a text from Amy or any other staff. The neglect is obvious and clearly they choose who to cater to. They told me that my account was a "test for new marketing ideas" but at MY expense! I did not sign up for an experiment.

This company puts the effort into selling loan agents to sign up for the service. They admitted to not having experience producing mortgage leads after claiming they have years of experience. The ads posted were for rent to own. They have horrible follow up and no communication. I have had 3 different contact people to deal with. I have no funded loans after 7 months of receiving leads. The leads are people looking to rent or want a mobile home. The staff does not return emails or calls. They have no experience in the mortgage industry and do not have even a loan agent on the team to help with marketing. They brought on a new team after 3 months of non performance, and there has been no change in the leads. The quality is always poor. They do nothing to compensate for poor leads and poor marketing. Do not waste your time and money. This is a very poorly managed company with very green staff and very little knowledge, if any, about the mortgage industry and successful marketing. Communication and follow up is not something that these people know how to do. It is an absolute failure in every way. They did not deliver anything promised to me during onboarding. There are no valid references. There is no blueprint of success or track record of success. Instead of being accountable and providing a refund as I requested, they continue to point blame at me and have made no effort to provide an effective ad campaign.
They flat out lie about what to expect in order to sign you up. My experience has been painful and miserable both financially and emotionally. I had better results from Free Rate Update for far less fees. I have not received one good lead from any of their campaigns.
