Terrible customer support. The product itself looks like something from the late 90s and is extremely clunky and time consuming to use. Not user friendly at all. If you ever run into an issue expect to wait weeks for a response from the support team, if you ever get one. There are way better options for digital storage, do not go with docupace. They do not care to help clients or improve their product, since they lock you in with extremely long contacts, there is no reason for them to even what to help, they know you are stuck with them. Been using Docupace for an year and the entire experience has been unpleasant.

The platform for transition is ok. Transitioning is a very labor intensive process. My suggestions would be to make sure and understand the paperwork a bit better. One phone call and I would have had 15 less "re-do's" and another phone call to clarify paperwork needed, I would have had 3 Solo 401k's moved immediately instead of puzzle pieces here and there. It is no excuse to say "They give me the paperwork..." when I was asking why the Solo paperwork wasn't in the system, and as far as Annuity companies, they should have a list of companies requiring a "wet" signature, so it can be spit up as esign and wet sign. I will say Laser Apps may have given me much more control of the result, and if I did it again, I probably would have used Laser apps.
