From the initial visit to installation, every team member has been outstanding! Jordan and Reagan were exceptional, patiently working with us for a whole year as we made our decision to purchase printers. I wasn't going to do this but this is very wrong. I used to work their at the warehouse that is now on 118 interpark Blvd, I did almost 2 yrs with them. In the beginning was good and than people started to act shady. Kept to myself majority of the time after that. Felt the work environment changed overtime which was not good.
I want to start off with saying I spoke to the shop supervisor about getting a couple of things n he stated just come grab them when needed which I did, than the manager spoke to me sbout looking through things in the shop when everyone was gone and talked to me about asking permission on getting such things. I stated the supervisor told me I could go back there to get them whenever. He didn't like that answer and stated I needed to ask him. Left it alone and went on about my day.
2nd, we get a new person and the supervisor was training her and after I stated we work together but we have our main jobs we have to get done first or we help each other out and get things done faster. 1 day we worked together and she helped me and we lost track of time and she was left with alot of orders due to me having to leave early. Supervisor didn't like that so she told me not to order her to do anything and I said okay. Few days went by and I noticed she started helping me again so I asked once if she spoke to our supervisor and she stated yes so I continued on with my work.
This happened a few times and each time the supervisor came out and noticed she was helping me she ask if I gave her the order and I stated no I didn't ask due to her being a grown adult and knows by now what she has to due. Well she didn't believe me and wrote me up for it..
3rd it was early and a field tech showed up early and ask me for a Inventory count sheet. I stated to him they never showed me how to do it so I wasn't able to and noone but me and 2 other people from the shop inside was their. He went off to the restroom and by the time he was done the manager was their and he told him I said I didn't want to print out the paperwork for him.
This place is so ridiculous.
This all lead to them firing me!

The customer service at Documation is great. We just started services with them at my office and had an issue, the tech, Juan Mesa, was out the next day and was able to partially fix the problem and was back out the following day to complete the job to ensure we didn’t have any downtime.

Documation has always responded or communicated promptly to my phone calls regarding our office copier. Ray the technician
arrived the same day and found the problem very quickly. He went above and beyond travelling back to the warehouse and returned to install the replacement part to ensure the office copier was back in service the same day. Thank you Ray for your professionalism, your knowledge and for completing the task in a timely manner. We appreciate you and the service you provided!

2/17/2025 Foundation Hospital had Juan Mesa come in to service a printer in the Radiology Dept. He was very professional, informative and polite. He let me know that he was stepping back out to his vehicle and when he was done fixing the unit he showed me what he replaced and explain the difference of how it should look and feel. I was very pleased with the service Juan provided. Thank you so much.

Wayne Sanders came by to service one of my company’s printers. So happy with the service we received! Great communication and although our issue was minor he took the time to explain the issue we were experiencing and how to prevent such an issue from reoccurring.
