The building from the exterior looks rather unimpressive, but once you enter their clinic, you'll get to enjoy relaxing in their very lovely waiting room while you fill out your paperwork and wait your turn to test. The staff are friendly and professional, and the location is just a block from the PATH train, so getting there is no problem. Also, they have a selection of complimentary snacks!

I had a very good experience. I felt welcomed and was well received. The young lady at the desk was very friendly and patient. Ms. Sharon was lovely, polite and very kind. And very clear in explaining what was going to be done that day.

I am currently participating in a clinical trial regarding flu vaccines at this facility. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the staff..the cleanness of the facility and the care taken with me as a patient. I think it is extremely important to participate in these studies..my little gift back to humanity. Please do not hesitate to engage this operation!.Note, the facility is actually located at the Care point health building on the corner of Cottage and JFK Blvd.in Jersey City..the address is 1271 but there are no numbers.

The Staff was pleasant to speak with from my phone screen, to appt. schedule, to arrival. They explained everything that was going to be done.
The office was beyond meticulous (Dr's offices in JC should be that clean).
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility to anyone who would like to make extra cash as well as assist or Scientific/Medical world keep advancing safely.

I went in to participate in a clinical trial on 6/14. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative, made me feel completely comfortable, and answered questions I didn’t even know I had. Would love to participate in future studies - the team here is great!
