I'd give them a 0.5/5 stars if I could. They were really friendly and I got a prepaid American Express Gift Card for my first time up there, but the second, when I was an hour or so late, and they said they were okay with it, they told me that they had filled the trials for the experimental vaccine they had signed me up for, only for them to tell me it was for people 60 and older. They promised me reimbursement for my wasted trip, but they never followed up, and I left one message after another asking why they didn't do so. One time when I got ahold of someone, they said my name and instantly hung up. I even got one of the nurse's numbers, but despite leaving several messages, she never followed up, either. I would absolutely not go there again.

Ashley was very kind filling out questions for my application at DM Clinical. She made the process easier than expected. I came away w a totally different view from what I’d expected. The facility smelled good and was kept very clean. Thank you Ashley!!

They were super kind and very professional! I had a really nice tech help me with all the paperwork and she even gave me snacks after me not qualifying for this study. She was very encouraging, reminding me that there will be other opportunities in the future future!!

Jaya was super nice and got me checked in and filled out my forms efficiently! She offered me a snack and water at the end of the pre screening. Would recommend coming here if you’re looking into doing some research trials.

I had a prescreen appointment here a couple months ago and I’m now just getting around to leave a review. But overall it was quick and to the point. Jiya was my assistant for and she was great. Would recommend.

I had an amazing experience in the office today.. The staff is amazing especially LaQuana Buford. I do however have one issue and that is that I kept getting text messages saying that I hadn't responded when actuality I did respond that is the only downfall I have with the agency other than that it was a great experience.

First incentive card didn't work and took multiple calls to fix. Second card was given to me but had else's info attached so I had many emails and calls before it was fixed then deactivated 30min late and had to return to office. Every payment after has been late even though I watched them add payment while I was present and posted immediately. Got calls reminding me to do eDiary but all my calls requesting activation code to do eDiary ignored. After activation code given, eDiary doesn't work as needed. If I didn't have office manager Eliza email, nothing would ever get done
