I have loved working with Digital Technology Partners. They have been a great help with my new dental practice. Unlike many IT companies, they have good people skills and are very friendly and patient with those of us with questions. I was a little worried about the distance from my office to their headquarters, but it hasn't been an issue at all. Our company worked with them for years. They are very fast to respond to your needs.

With that being said, after many years at a flat rate, instead of gradually raising our fee they more than tripled it. At that point we reached out to other businesses for another perspective and found our new server of 2 months had not yet been encrypted! Two different I.T. companies were able to come into my office and access our server!!!

Our server crashed and our IT guy couldn't do any th ing 24 hours later. I called and spoke with CK, scheduled an assessment and WOW. We had all new computers and server replaced while David, Eric and Andy worked all night long to get us up and running. A new client and back to work within hours. We will be a customer for life. Why did we wait so long to use them, stupidity? Thank goodness they pulled us out of cancelling a 3rd day of patients within a half of day of meeting the . Thanks guys, keep up the good work! We appreciate ALL of you...
