Great service and excellent work. Im not a super big tech person and was worried I was going to need a new computer but the guy there fixed my computer in just a few hours and at a great price. Im glad they took zelle and didint overcharge me. Would give them 6 starts if I could.

I will absolutely not be using the place again. Not entirely the store's fault, but the traffic is beyond awful, and the drivers are unbelievably unreasonable, even compared to mesquite in general. If you are unwilling to cut people off and hold up traffic until you personally get to move, you never will. Foot traffic in the cramped halls of the bazaar is not much better. It's perfect for pickpocketing or mugging, outside of the few stalls that have prominent displays of security cameras (which this one did thankfully, although the worker was quite adamant about wanting you to leave while they are working - threatening that doing otherwise is loitering). I brought the computer to get a new motherboard installed. Although it was more expensive and took longer than they quoted over the phone, it appeared to work, though I fear the heatsink wasn't properly seated on the CPU with how loud the fan has become even at idle. All the parts are there, and there appears to be no damage despite very little in the way of an antistatic workplace or precautions. However, they do require you to not pay with a card. They do not say this upfront, as likely a justification to seize your property if you didn't expect to need to bring a huge wad of cash. Thankfully a friend was able to save me on that front, Although it took 30 minutes to even approach an entrance, with the stall worker growing upset as we waited.

Although I haven't used them for service. When I called a few minutes ago and asked a question he was very honest and upfront. He didn't waste my time he gave me answers which is much appreciated. When I do need a repair I will return and let him take care of me.

This is the best computer repair shop on this planet. My computer stopped working and I didn't know where to get it repaired so I gave them a call and this guy named Tony with a nice voice answered the phone. He was very pleasant and helpful in answering my questions. So when I took it there he told me what the issue was but I wasn't expecting the price that he quoted to repair it. It was super reasonable. On another subject, I also didn't expect his face to match his voice. OMG 😍. My MCM. Anyway, he's the best. They don't overcharge or trying to get over on you.

I called about a hard repair on some gaming headphones, and Tony answered and was super helpful! He recommended the best thing to do atm( bring headphones in to take apart and se whats wrong) and told me it would be at no cost! Definitely somewhere I'm coming to fix my headset and somewhere I would come back
