Great customer service! DOE responded with a service tech within a few hours of placing the call. The tech was very knowledgeable and had us up and running within 30 minutes. He was able to troubleshoot and tell us what to look for as possible issues in the future so that we could have the replacements on hand to avoid extended down times. Highly recommend this company.

I want give a BIG THANKS to DOE IT Department. Michael you have a beautiful mind. When you have a company and suddenly your accounting software crashes your level of anxiety goes to the roof.
Working with DOE you know that you are in good hands. They stay on the phone with Quickbooks for hours explaining the situation. I was not told of the any additional fees when I signed a three year lease that this company sold to another financial organization. Extra fees like the $69.50 documentation fee, extra insurance needed on the equipment and taxes I need to pay monthly and yearly. I also got a bill for $105.93 for the network adapter I was unaware of. My lease agreement will have me paying close to $1981 or more for a $900 piece of equipment.

The Company sent a technician out to my office three or more times since the equipment was delivered to connect it to my Mac laptop, which it still will not scan directly to my laptop as of today 1/24/2017.
