Toxic culture. Underpayment. Dishonest, disrespectful, and downright abusive management. Turnover is absurdly high, as they fool young professionals to be overworked, made into scapegoats, and financially cheated. I've seen a lot of tough business in Silicon Valley, but nothing like the poor treatment and dishonesty by management here.

I've never experienced such poor treatment. Backstabbing, a tactic of placing blame on junior employees to force them to work more and be kept down. It's not just a boy's club either. Discrimination was very obvious.

A Detecon manager walks into a bar - orders the most expensive drinks, demands attention, speaks disrespectfully to everyone at the bar, and makes a string of contradictory excuses to not pay the tab.

It's not funny, it's true.

This place has a record of taking advantage of employees, contractors, and partners.
