When we were vetting different companies to rebuild our client portal the solutions lab was very important to us for a variety of reasons.
While we thought we had a fairly good outline of what the project should entail the Designli team has a great process for drawing out more information about your needs, pain points, vision and small details that need to be considered when building and implementing the new system. They helped us break it down into small pieces to make sure we didn't skip over important details.
We liked that it was priced independently of the project and that if we were not satisfied with the abilities, bid, or other factors that would play into our final decision we could take the solutions lab information to another design firm and not have to restart the process.
When we received the final solutions lab information it was extremely detailed. It was also laid out in a flow to help us understand how the different pieces tied together and how we could segment the project into different phases.
As we were provided our quote the Designli team gave us some options to help us meet our budget goals for the project.
