Prior to Dear Doc I was with 2 other "website companies" In both instances my concerns were not being addressed or they had no answers. I started with Dear Doc just for the AI assistant portion, and I got more customer service and input from Hugo in the first few months, so I switched everything to Dear Doc in November. between Hugo, Manne (sorry if I butchered your name), and the social media staff, we got it all set up, and my leads have visibly gone up in the last 2 months.

Jim was easy to work with and less pushy than the usual account manager/sales rep. He was generally low-key in demeanor which made him easier to listen to. The fact that he is salaried rather than commissioned enhanced his trustworthiness. The pitch was well thought out and was appealing from an evidence-based/logical perspective (i.e. would appeal to docs lol). The products offered made sense for my practice. Looking forward to seeing how it all pans out.

Great idea and details make this an ideal solution to improving patient capture and answering their questions to help improve new patient flow. Working with Carmelo was great as he took time to explain the entire program and apporach. I particularly like the daily updates and blogs as well as the AI (which will be programed using my knowledge) that can immediately answer potential patient questions, as well as address the 75% of portal visits that would otherwise never return for more information. Moving our website on searches is a further bonus so we have a higher probability of capture of leads by being one of the first sites they visit.

I just want to start by saying that Dr. Pakula IS THE BEST SURGEON EVER. I’m so glad I did research and found her. I was very nervous about getting a surgery and she reassured me that I was in good hands and is confident in her work. Not to mention all of the plaques and awards she has around her office of how amazing of a surgeon she is, which alone is enough to tell me she is the best and I have nothing to worry about. Her and her team are awesome people, very kind and sweet and also very informative and just want to help. I came to her for an inguinal hernia and after one month I am already back to enjoying normal activities and getting to enjoy life again. I appreciate her and her team for taking care of me and would like to say that If I could trust anyone with performing any sort of surgery on my body, I highly recommend Dr. Pakula! She’s the best
