I had an outstanding experience with Dark Threat Fabrication! They took my vision and brought it to life with their incredible custom work on my aluminum panels. The laser cutting was precise, and the finished product was flawless. They then powdered coated the panels, and the finish is both durable and stunning. To top it all off, the laser etchings they did added a unique touch that truly set my panels apart. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship is impressive. If you need custom fabrication, I highly recommend Dark Threat Fabrication—they are the best in the business!

Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten! First off it took 6 weeks to even get it done. Then another week and a half trying to get it shipped, which the lady made it seem like an issue to send to my house so I had them send to my work. And I had to confirm my address email and phone number multiple times. Finally got it at week 8. Then they forget the base plates that mount the rack up on the truck, took another two weeks to get with really POOR communication. Once I was able to get it in my truck, it looked off. They Pretty much told me it’s my fault for not ordering a custom headache rack and that’s why it doesn’t fit correctly. The rack is covering half of my brake light and the third brake relief is more on my window. They blamed it on my truck. They wouldn’t take the blame for anything. They said to send pictures so I did, and got No response so I had to call and they said there’s nothing we can do. It actually fits better then the other person. I took it to another fab shop to see what they could do with it and they were surprised how off it was and the company wouldn’t do anything about it. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. It’s really sad because I really like the design of the rack it just looks ridiculous on my truck.

Maybe 4 stars but they are a good company with a hard working group of guys so I went with a 5 star rating. I ordered a back rack from dark threat and the 6-8week lead time turned into 4 months. That being said it was the holiday season, and they're products are al custom made to your specs so stuff happens. I will say, when you email a company and the owner is the contact you work with, Than you know he cares about your satisfaction. I was a bit upset that it took so long but the rack Is very well made and it looks and is different than all the other ones available. Overall I would recommend but keep in mind they're custom making products so it can sometimes take a while.
