THIS IS THE PLACE to go for the NO REMOTE new fan! -- electrician told me that remote features are breaking and remote-free fans are the best.

Here DAN'S Fan City has brand TIARA with blades to be added according to you need. BRAVO!

Every now and then, I find a rare combination of Customer Service Representative; some one personable, knowledgeable, and committed to complete customer satisfaction. Full disclosure, no relation to Zachary, the most excellent young Father of two girls. He learned what fans we selected, asked if use was for indoor or out, did we want a light kit, and then when we learned we were in the middle of a model change for the light kit, he managed to search two different ways on their inventory site ( because he remembered seeing the new product code) Brilliant - he reached out to the Inventory controller - and voila' - the updated kits were on their way, and they match the finish on the blades. All good. Zachary simply has a "servant heart" - it's not rocket science, but Zachary caring for you adds so much value to the transaction, it's becomes greater than the price. I hope his superiors read this, although I am sure many others have written as well.

Good service and product quality but it's not worth paying more when there are many comparable fans available elsewhere for less money. Buyer beware--sadly the basic one year warranty does NOT include parts. It is very disappointing that our higher customer expectations were not met.
