I love this library! It is always clean and the books are always easy to find. The librarians are super helpful and kind. They have great programs for all ages and are always giving something extra to their community. Ms. Katherine is the children's librarian and is PHENOMENAL. She makes story time very enjoyable for the kids and parents!

Excellent and very quiet place. They do give out four passes for four people per day to go to the Atlanta Zoo. I'd recommend getting here when they open to get the passes before they're gone for the day. There are a wide variety of books for all ages and very well organized. The staff takes time to put out some good books on display so you can often be in and out quickly with a good read. The staff is all very friendly as well. They're truly the kind of people you would want to interact with. This library is a breath of fresh air.

This is the best library. Hidden gem. Staff is amazing! They are friendly, kind, helpful and welcoming to all. Great programming! We love Dallas Library! My son loves to go to Ms. Katherine's Library! Definitely worth visiting.

Literally the loudest library I’ve ever been in. The staff is polite but they are super loud.the volume on the phone is extremely high , I left because I couldn’t concentrate.

Absolutely perfect visit❣ Went in for notary services, and ended up with a library card that is jammed pack with a LOT of useful benefits that were thoroughly explained. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous which was very much appreciated🙏

Cute, little library with friendly staff. They always seem to have family-friendly events, activities, and challenges going on, so that's always fun. My only "complaint" is that this particular location's selection of books is a little limited BUT it's part of the PINES library system so you go to the website, search for your desired book, and have it put on hold. It'll then be sent over to this library for you to pick up. I don't mind waiting for a bit, so it's worth it for me.
