My experience on January 15th, with my provider was very professional and extremely helpful. Her pleasant attitude kept me engaged and calm. The staff was also extremely kind and professional. I left there with a smile and feeling positive.

I have always received excellent service from Dr. Shetty and last visit were no exception.
The reception area could use a modest improvement: The receptionist was pleasant but could have been more courteous. I stood at the check-in desk for over five minutes without assistance. When she finally returned, she ignored me and addressed the patient who had stepped aside to allow me to register.

I suggest having a bell for patients to ring for service or ensuring someone covers the check-in desk when the receptionist steps away. Additionally, the receptionist should acknowledge patients arriving at the desk and inform them that they will be assisted shortly.

I also recommend placing a suggestion box in the waiting area for patients to provide feedback.

Dr. Chowdhury, is very professional. She takes the time to explain to you your lab results. She takes the time to make sure you understand everything that is going on and allow you to ask questions as needed. I will recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Linenfelser is a wonderful and caring physician. She never rushes and takes time to ensure all questions are answered. The staff in the office are equally as wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do!

Dr. Shetty has been my Kidney Specialist Dr. For many years since I first came to the clinic when it was located somewhere near the hospital. He is the most caring, Dr. I know. He does an awesome job and I am so thankful to God that they gave him to me to be my Dr. If it wasn't for him I would still be heavier in weight and my kidneys would have something wrong. He has been the best one that I know! He is truly the kidney Specialist am I am so happy that I lost lbs and continue ans eating healthier than before. Thanks Dr. Shetty!
