2 hour wait for the dock and 2 hour+ for loading. They are slow. They don't want you to enter property due to "Covid". They intentionally put the pallets to block from staging area. I was told to go park somewhere across the street. They have 2 docks for loading and 2 docks to park their own trucks.

Well I was concerned after reading reviews but I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Apparently some of the folks that wrote reviews just like complaining. I didn't have an appointment because I dispatcher forgot to make one. But when I explained to the Lady that answered the phone she said I would have to be a work in. I parked on the road and waited about 10 minutes when she called and said back in to door #2 and we'll get started on you. They unloaded me in less than 30 minutes and brought me my paperwork and I was on my way. GREAT PLACE to do business! Some drivers are just real jerks and through the years I have found that if you do right by others they'll do right by you. Be safe out there for those of you who do this to feed your family. For those of you who do this because you can't get a job doing anything else, stay in your truck and give the world a break from your miserable lives. 🙂

No sure with all of the negative reviews but my experience was great! Those women i the shipping office was so helpful and friendly when I called them and they got me loaded within an hour! Maybe it might be my lucky day!
I will certainly come back to get loaded again!

call the number out front said i didn’t have a appointment time when it shows i have one at 9 am said the broker or my dispatch was to call to make sure that you have a appointment and you have to have a weight ticket at the town you pick up from now i will have to be worked in these places are crazy

Nice people that work in shipping and receiving but no overnight parking and must have empty and loaded scale ticket. I was in and out in about a hour
