Crownover Construction has completed several remodel projects at our home. Recently, they did an office/sewing room addition complete with a new back deck and large covered living space. Crownover has been able to bring our visions to reality. They made the building process simple by providing various design choices when choosing materials. The quality of their construction is also exceptional. Their team members were professional, and every member of their team became like family. From the beginning of our project, to the completion of our addition, Crownover handled every detail. Normally, a project such as a home addition can be a stressful endeavor, but Project Manager Greg completely eliminated the stress. I will never do another project without him! We love our new space, and look forward to enjoying it with our family for years to come!

Crownover Company built our lake house in Mountain Home, AR. It's so beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The staff is professional, courteous and extremely friendly. We built a relationship throughout this build with our project manager as well as the owner, Lyle himself. Building a custom home takes so much more time and effort. The Crownover team worked with us all the way through the project and made fantastic recommendations. Being accustomed to building a home with only a few options, it is difficult to understand the multitude of options you have to do whatever you want. The trade partners they work with pay so much attention to detail and blew us away with their skills. We are from out of town, and thus made things even more complicated. Now that we have finished the build, I can't thank Lyle, Hannah, Greg and team enough for guiding us through this journey.

They were always available to answer any questions we had and to help us through the process of building our house. My extended family has shared a vacation home in the Twin Lakes area of north central Arkansas since 1950. As successive generations were added to the mix, we developed a shortage of time available for all family members who wanted to use the house. To solve that problem, my wife and I purchased an adjacent piece of property when it became available and worked with an architect to develop plans. When it came time to research builders capable of constructing high end housing in the mostly rural, Twin Lakes area, one name was consistently mentioned – The Crownover Company. Having recently retired from a long career in the construction industry, I went through a lengthy interviewing/tire kicking process, made a deal, and never looked back.

My family is ecstatic about the end result. Crownover’s project management and key subcontractor partners were excellent. Quite frankly, I was surprised by the quality and skill of the tradesmen who worked on our project as I was not expecting the area to have that level of craftmanship. The interior finish work rivals any I’ve seen in larger metropolitan areas, and Crownover’s interactive project management software, coupled with excellent communication between myself and the capable PM assigned to my project, enabled me to monitor construction progress and participate in virtually all decision making that I chose to be involved in. To be truthful, I’m not sure how any other approach would have allowed us to construct a sophisticated project without making major errors while residing 600 miles away in an adjacent state. In the final analysis, we had few, if any, mistakes that required remedial work of any consequence. All in all, we are extremely pleased with our new Crownover lake house and know that we and many ensuing generations of our family will thoroughly enjoy it.
