This company has lost its way. I have been a faithful customer for almost 3 years. Then some suspicious billing issues came up. This company told me a lie. After the lie, they charged me $ that I did not owe. The ONLY thing this company has going for it is the service technician. She is kind, caring and very nice.

I recently purchased a home that was still under their warranty. I have been trying for 5 months to get someone to come out to do an inspection. I haven't heard from anyone yet. The technician has not returned my calls either.

False advertising-ABSOLUTELY NOT HUMANE. Called to have a burrowing animal removed humanely. Talked to tech Michael who tried to tell me that “humane” doesn’t mean not harming or killing when that is the very definition of humane. He told me that regardless of what the animal is, he would kill it. I attached a screenshot of their website advertising humane treatment. Everything he told me directly contradicts their promises and it was clear that compassion was lacking. He was coming to capture and kill without even assessing the situation. I cancelled the appointment and found a company that actual cares, honors their policies and advertised services, and isn’t out to kill helpless animals because they are trying to find shelter. As soon as I pulled them up on Yelp and saw 2 stars and all the reviews there and here on Google, I was not a bit surprised. Stay away from the company. They lack honesty, compassion and integrity.

This company is a scam. Charged $1k to fix a mole problem, not only is the problem not fixed, but the company is unresponsive. Technician stopped showing up and service was never completed. Multiple calls and texts to both the technician as well as the business, they keep telling me “a manager is going to call you, this is not how we do business” yet I have not received a call from anybody from this company to remedy the lack of service. Do not use this company, unless you want to be tracking them down.

I have been with this company for many years. I first went to them with a carpenter bee problem and have been happy with our relationship. This year I turned to the company for help with as critter problem in my home. I have been very disillusioned with this is company I have depended on for many years. Appointments have been set up with no consideration as to convenience for my being present. I am never consulted about the appointment. I question local workers and the response is the local person is not the one to set their calendar and they do not know in advance where they are going. I may or may not get a phone call or text that they are coming. If someone does come to my house there is often no notice that they have been there but I will be billed for something that I am not sure has been done. I was asked to sign an E document for the critter problem work. I asked for a print copy as my printer is not working. I have never received it. I feel like the company wants my money without doing anything to earn it. Or at least not done very efficiently. Previous work with this is company was well done. This last experience has been highly frustrating.

They were able to come out quickly to rescue a squirrel from my chimney. They explained everything they needed to do and patiently answered all my questions. Once the squirrel was out they added a guard to the heat shield to prevent any future problems. They even texted me a picture so I could see the guard they added. Very professional, respectful and friendly.

I have had great experience with Critter Control from the beginning and ridding me of lizard issue. My technician, Brandon, has been servicing my residence for at least the past 5 years. He always sends a reminder of when he's coming out and asks if not convenient yo contact him. When I do get to encounter him personally, he is always very respectful and professional. I appreciate him and the company's top notch customer service.

I would like to give a big shout out to Critter Control and Preston!! They have literally restored my peace of mind. About a year ago, as i was watching TV one evening about 9p in my living room, i looked up and there was a bat flying around. My next door neighborhood so kindly was able to release the bat and the next morning I called Critter Control. They came out and explained to me why I had the bat and how I could remain safe. Jason has done a consistently wonderful job and I feel so safe with their service. I give them a 5 star service award along with my deepest appreciation.
