I almost fell for it until she said she wanted $29.99 to get the app! So I told her I wasn't doing anything until I looked into it more and wow, I found the reviews! Good thing I didn't fall for it! They knew j was looking for a loan not whatever this scam is they are trying to sell you! I have a really good feeling they would have charged me monthly and would have been terrible to get it to stop according to the reviews! Thank God I put smarted her! Explains why she was irritated when I said I was going to do some investigating them called me back to see if I changed my mind!! No such luck on this one lady, this isn't my 1st rodeo!! At first they make you think they are a loan company very misleading and they know they are lieing to you!! How are they still in business!!! She offered to do a "soft pull" on my credit and I didn't even allow her to get that far!! Haha nope!

I don't have a complaint yet, time lapses without communication but they keep in touch and you see progress with your score so that means they're working on it, it's above me and honestly I appreciate that because people these days( are after your last penny and don't care what that penny was for, so for a team to help me clear this up is appreciated beyond words. You can talk to them like a well known colleague that you've known for years and they'll sit there and relate with you. I haven't spoken with one team member yet that's just after your payment and not relatable to your situation, that in itself is rare today,, so 10 stars added to the 5 optional ones given... If you're in a credit pit give them a chance to help you stand a chance in your community again.

If I could rate a zero i would. I keep trying to cancel and they tell me my account is canceled then take another monthly payment. I could use that money to pay bills on my own and get more done

Omg. Where do I start…
Beware Beware Beware
This company is a scam.
I was told many things had been repaired on my credit.
I signed up Sept 2023 nothing has been disputed nor repaired.
I’ve been charged monthly and nothing at all.
No communication nothing.
I’m lost for words.

Horrible company they caught me the first time for 179.00 ok I was thinking I was dealing with a good company little did I know i wasn’t gonna get nothing done I dealt with them for 30 days and they did nothing but take more money off my card I been asking them to cancel my account I been fixing my credit on my own and getting my items removed on my own this company is trash and scammers
