I wish I could give a negative 10 but it starts at 1🤷🏾‍♀️. The rental property is never kept. I am renting a home that needs multiple repairs and they only sent people over to patch up repairs. Poor communication if any at times. Always to busy to help tenant regarding any issues. They only contact you if and when they don't receive rent on time. It's like they target low income because they know the hardship we have. I am currently looking into a lawyer to see what can be done at this point.

This company doesn’t even deserve the one star I’m forced to give. This company is very deceptive as they pose to possess contractors and/or home builders licenses. As they do not; they are unprofessional and other contractors be ware, as they would hire you with licenses and have to complete 90 percent of the work and they would complain and then hire another contractor to complete the work. This is a disgrace and a labor scam that this company does throughout Georgia and Alabama.
