I am a local real estate agent and when my clients are starting a remodel and need countertops, backsplash or a stone surround for a fireplace, Erik at Creative Granite & Design is my only call I need to make! When I first worked with Erik it was for my personal remodel (kitchen and bathroom counter tops). Erik was a standout with his communication and willingness to help me find the best price on the coveted Taj Mahal Quartzite that I wanted in my kitchen. Finding someone who goes above and beyond is more difficult these days, but when you find a gem, you stay with them. I am confident in referring my clients to Erik and Creative Granite & Design as I know they will take care of my client like they took care of me.

Working with Erik and Creative Granite Design has been an excellent experience on my personal home as well as other jobs that I have contracted them on. The attention to detail is phenomenal. My wife had picked out a few slabs of Taj Mahal and Erik went out of his way to find her better looking slabs at a fraction of the price. The installation was superb and the cuts are clean and precise. Alignment is better than expected and they really showcased their talent by placing the character pieces of the stone in the areas that it would look best. I will only work with Creative Granite moving forward.

If I could I would give zero stars to this company. They make you pay 100% of the price upfront and are not in the process. They were true to their timeline on install however when they came to install it was done so poorly there was half inch gaps off the walls for the countertops filled in with caulk. Two pieces were installed upside down and one despite being templated by two people did not fit. They came out an additional time and installed a counter top upside down again.
They came a third time and still did not have two out of three pending pieces and then the one piece they did have was incorrect and also not the right size. I waited several weeks to a month in between each of these visits. I paid for the Stone in early October and it is now March and I’m still not done with the project. I encourage you to stay away from this company as they will also ghost you and not respond or if you do go with them do not whatever you do NOT pay 100% upfront even if they tell you you have to. They did also cause damages during install. They said they will cover this, though I’m sure they’ll just continue to lag on response or not respond at all. I was very hopeful to work with this company but I have been let down every step of the way.

When Jose came to our home for the final measurements, he was friendly and professional. They were flexible with our schedule and easy to work with.

And the countertops!!! They are beautiful!!! The installation was clean and quick... they left no mess behind.

I will be going back to them in the future. I've already started my plans for other rooms and they will be the only company I turn to for counters from here on. I've uploaded some pictures... and as you can see we are in the middle of a remodel. But the counters make the space shine! Even if we are currently on subfloors 😉
