Great company. I enjoy doing their surveys and they pay pretty good for each one. Darell Hargrove was who assisted me my first time. And he’s been my go-to ever since. He’s super friendly, informative and just an all around joy!

I was greeted with the friendliest staff as soon as I entered.
I was amazed how quickly the whole process from start to finish.. there was one staff named Darrell who was so helpful during the trial process…he seemed to know his stuff..hopefully I’ll qualify for another trial and get to go back

I strongly advise against participating in surveys with this particular company. Over time, their service quality has significantly declined, and they no longer compensate participants as promised. I personally completed a survey worth $250, which they failed to pay. Given their track record, there are far more reliable alternatives that honor their commitments and pay on time. If you wish to avoid being defrauded, I recommend steering clear of this organization. We need 0 star ratings instead!!

I love participating for the studies . Whenever I come in the front desk always is welcoming . The facility is super clean.They are always flexible and willing to work with you. I have done about 3 studies so far and I’m excited to continue to be apart of many more. Sadia was very helpful in communicating my needs and providing clear information. Claudio also is very helpful, he’s always reaching out and Is so inviting .

I highly recommend this place, when I have been here I have always been greeted with a smile, the staff is super friendly and it’s always nice to get a little extra to get by, they find the right studies for you and make sure your comfortable taking them. They studies are easy to navigate and take a very short amount of time to complete. It’s very versatile so there’s something for everyone.

CCR is nice, clean and professional looking. The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable when explaining and answering questions. I was greeted when I entered and thanked for my time upon leaving. It is always a nice and easy experience for me. Saadia is also very good about keeping me informed by email of studies that I may qualify for. I love how they value the consumers opinion.

I was very pleased with the customer service of this group when I went to conduct a milk tasting survey. One of the coordinators, Sadia, was very helpful with assisting me with the paperwork and instructions. Will definitely recommend this place for survey participation!
