After implementing Epicor as an Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Contractor, I wanted to share my positive experience with Cre8tive’s MESP service. One aspect that truly sets the Cre8tive MESP team apart is their promptness in addressing inquiries. Whether it’s a simple question about how to navigate the software or a more complex issue regarding BPM’s, Posting Roles, or BAQs, the support team always has the answer typically within hours or days vice weeks or months. They’ve saved countless hours of frustration, allowing our company to focus on utilizing Epicor to its fullest potential versus chasing down technical software issues. They market the MESP service as having access to “implementation consultants that didn’t want to travel anymore” and I can validate that is a true statement. Each consultant I’ve dealt with has had a deep understanding of the Epicor software, processes, customizations, etc. to provide a response unique to my company’s needs. I would strongly recommend signing up for MESP post-Go Live to reduce reliance on the consultants implementing your software and begin forming the longer-term software sustainment relationship.

It takes a community. Epicor is a comprehensive platform that does a lot of things in many different ways. As such, it isn't easy to find someone who would know everything about how you can operate a business. If anyone does tell you that, run. Using Creative as our partner, we have found a network of experts called in as needed to support our account. This has provided us with what we need when we need it. We are also users of MESP service now; we were initially not, and this has proven to be a successful tool to help us keep a lean internal organization. However, we can move more rapidly by leveraging multiple consultants with access to our environment and design documentation.

I met Cre8tive back in 2022 while being a member of the selection Committee with my employer to select an ERP. Since the beginning the made a great impression and showed their knowledge about the A&D market which we are on. They ended up being the winner in the bid and we implemented Epicor with them.

There were some issues at the beginning during the initial project meeting to gather all the requirements but Cre8tive corrected them promptly and made the proper amendments.

They were really good during the initial project phase and even though the implementation consulting was sub-contracted to Teccweb as their consulting team was growing at the time they always were there for us. On go-live, they spotted some critical errors that would have great impact on us and worked with us restless to have the issues corrected.

Their sales team, solutions engineers, customer success, consultants, developers, after sales, are all great people very easy to work with. I have had the opportunity to meet some of them in person and they are like a big family with the customer success and satisfaction as a paramount.

If your organization is in the market for an ERP, I highly recommend engaging Cre8tive

Just very poor customer service and support, they care about charging monthly support fees rather more than solving your problems. There are better Epicor vendors out there.

This review is solely from our experience with their Turn-key Epicor solution. We were the very first one signing up for this program with them and their contract has specific verbiages that misled us to commit to this program. When we confronted Cre8tive about the problem, the simple statement we got was that the choice of words could have been differently and they pushed away their responsibilities for not committing to what they signed. Their contract stated that they would access our legacy ERP to obtain data and migrate over, which they don't. They also do not transfer any transactional data to the new system, and didn't clearly state that on the contract. We already paid them $61,000 for the solution for some thing only half-way done from their commitments. Future customers just need to be aware to read their contracts clearly before signing up with their program.
