I have nothing but positive things to say about Cranial Tech! When we first received the referral for the consultation, we knew absolutely nothing, and they did such a good job educating us! They were very accommodating, getting us in quickly when the baby first got the helmet and couldn’t pass skin checks, and they were flexible with any rescheduling needs we had. There were never any long waits for appointments, which made going every other week a breeze. All the ladies here were SO nice and helpful! They put patients first, and that’s very clear. They made what I first thought would be a long, stressful journey a breeze, and I’m forever grateful.
Special mention for Austin! She handled all of my babies resizing/bi-weekly checkups! She was amazing.
