They were amazing and so so helpful! My phone was having some serious issues and could have wiped all of its own data! The guy sat with me for 2.5 hours helping me and explaining the situation as well as helping me understand my options. The other staff was also very kind talking to me the whole time. I got a lot of help today and I am very grateful. They didn't even ask me for a dime for their time. If you are a students at the WSU Pullman campus experiencing issues with your devices these are definitely the people you want to help you!

Took a Sprint iphone 7 in to fix the screen. A week and a half later they give me back an ENTIRELY different iPhone. Worse than that the SIM card they put in the phone is not compatible with Sprint. When I went back they said, "Sorry! Good luck getting it fixed."
DO NOT TRUST these jokers with any electronic equipment that you have.

The head techs are useless, you can get more information from a video on youtube. They talk to you like you don't know how an iPhone works. Absolute worse customer service i have received from apple. The student sales associate helped me more than the head tech and thats saying something. 0 stars
