Ive had service with copper net for over 4 years I have not had major issues with their service. Only downtime I’ve experienced with copper net was when my own electric company had issues and when their towers have been damaged which has only been about 3 times in the span ive had copper nets internet service!

They have even taken off an added late charge when i was changing over banks for payment processing.

They have been reliable for repairs and maintenance. When transferring to new location they arrived early to do the installment. Im so glad they still serviced the new area I moved to I was going to be sad I would had to pay another company without fiber optic that would limited the usage.

I love that they have fiber optic now! They are still one of the only companies in our area to even have fiber optic compared to other companies; copper net is the better option especially when it comes to prices!

In 2020 we upgraded from a satellite Internet service which we been using since 2013 to a cell phone company's LTE home Internet service. In 2023 we upgraded to the company's 5G home Internet service. Generally we have been pleased with the Internet service speed and reliability via the local cell tower. In fact, streaming TV worked well enough (although there were some occasional glitches and buffering) that in 2024 we cancelled the satellite TV service that we had had since 2009. However, in December 2024 we experienced an 8 hour Internet outage that also impacted cell phone calls at times. This month we experienced another Internet outage and a total cell phone outage for over an hour. These outages demonstrated that going through the same cell service for both cell phone and Internet was a "single point of failure" that prevented being able to even make phone calls. The same day as the second outage I called CopperNet Systems, Inc, a local Internet Service Provider. They installed their system the next day! (It was nice to have a knowledgeable installer that I could have technical discussions with.) We immediately saw definite improvements in speed and reliability. We can now stream TV shows to two TVs simultaneously with NO buffering or stalls. And we no longer have a single point of failure if the cell phone company has a major outage. We are VERY pleased with the CopperNet Systems service and highly recommend that Pinal County residents consider them for reliable high speed Internet.

We have had CopperNet service for almost 7 years. Overall our experience has been phenomenal. Anytime we have problems they are promptly handled with the upmost care and expedience. Their technicians and office staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond. Special shout-out to Tech Christian who is always professional, personable, and knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasure interacting with him.

Service was dropping whileworking remotely. One call and same day technician came to my house, found the issue, and was able to repair it. Technician was very professional, explained everything he'd checked, and instructed to call right back if any continued issues. Service has been fantastic since!
