Simply put, this company is fantastic. They go out of their way to make sure the job is done right. They are honest, hard working and will give you a fair price for the work that is done. I can't recommend them enough. If you need HVAC service or if you find yourself stuck in the middle of the Georgia summer without a AC system this is the team you want!!

Cool Pro Heating and Cooling did a great job of installing two new systems for us and has continued to provide expert seasonal maintenance on the units. Excellent communication and customer service. Lee and his team took really good care of us and went above and beyond to replace our A/C system. They stuck to the timeline and were very polite and professional. I have already recommended Coolpro to my neighbor.

Lee and his team did a fantastic job at a very fair price. Lee quoted multiple options for a full system and ductwork replacement and was able to get us scheduled within a business day. His team was prompt, professional, and did a great job cleaning up. Their install looks well-planned and professional. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs.

Lee came out the day after I called for an estimate on our broken system. We had the quote by that night. We made the decision to go with Coolpro and our new system was installed 2 days later. The guys who did the install were professional, polite, neat and hardworking. I would definitely recommend this company!

Excellent customer service, I highly recommend Cool Pro! Linda helped me make an appointment with ease and explained what to expect. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and transparent. He explained everything thoroughly and did excellent work. I can appreciate a company that doesn't over charge their customers. I believe the pricing was quite fair. I will definitely use their services again!

These guys did a great job on replacing my duct work. The were fast and had great communication. The AC is so much colder. I will use Lee on all my new construction homes, he is very knowledgeable.

Customer service and resolving issue was fantastic but didn’t tell me there was a labor charge of $285 plus the $89 diagnostic?! Despite being thrown for a loop on labor charge tech was good

Edit: Lee called me and said they refunded me part of the money which was awesome and 100% fair. Would recommend!
