Because FE/CF isn't a good platform of work orders, we have a new Service Program we are migrating to and FieldEdge/CoolFront CAN NOT EXPORT ANY WORK ORDER INFORMATION AND BARELY A DECENT CUSTOMER ACCOUNT in Excel that can be used to import our 600+ customers into the new program. THANKS FIELDEDGE/COOLFRONT FOR NOTHING!! Don't waste your time with phone calls. Trust me after more than 5 people have contacted them, nothing has changed. DON'T USE COOLFRONT FLAT RATE MOBILE APP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
