I spent four years without a database because I wanted to be sure that I found one tailored to our industry in Assisted Living and Memory Caring. I finally found Continuum and knew IMMEDIATELY that this was the one: it was truly tailored to our industry needs, is affordable, and comes with unbelievably superior customer service. I don't use adjectives often in praise, but the trainer with whom I worked is exceptional. I have worked with multiple databases in this industry over the past 15 years and this one beats them all, however you look at it. I don't usually get excited about training, but I do with this process because of the deep understanding the trainer has, her patience, and the simplicity of the program. Five stars is hardly enough to measure my pleasure working with Continuum.
