I really enjoy participating in their studies. They always pay well, have a beautiful facility, and the staff is genuinely friendly. Recently, I participated in a focus group, and had a wonderful time with the other participants.

Staff here is super friendly. They do market research surveys here like taste tests or preproduction designs to get a feel for what the average Joe/Jane might like. For the amount of time you actually spend on it? Pays fairly well. It's not consistent but a couple of extra bucks in your pocket every now and again ain't bad.

Great place to do studies that shape the future. Front end staff Johnathan is very nice and kind and the manager is nice as well and so is the supporting staff

I had $150 dollars in giftcards that I did not redeem in time ( oversight On my part). When I reached out to CIC for assistance in getting the gift cards reissued, I was told there was nothing that could be done. Which is super frustrating seeing that I spent time and energy participating in those focus groups. Unfortunately at this point, this means I participated in 6 focus groups without being paid. I really wish something could be done to help me get the money I worked for 🙁

I've only done drink studies here but they are quick short studies and they pay you within 24 hours even if it says up to 48 hours.

Our 3pm session didnt start until 3:25pm, which caused the session to end at 4:20pm instead of 4pm. I see why its hard for this company to get people to participate. Very unprofessional to start late and notend on time.
