My first experience with Connex was very positive. I met with the owner to explain the needs of our non-profit. He seemed to understand very well and promised to develop a tool that would meet most of our needs. He left me with a feeling of confidence. My first mistake was moving forward without a signed list of requirements and deliverables.

He assigned us to a project manager and we never heard from him again.....although I sent many emails requesting his support in getting things working the way they should.

I won't go into the long list of disappointments we have in Connex Digital, but will summarize what we experienced. 1) Very poor communication 2) Very long delays in getting things working 3) They were not committed to leaving us with a working product that was easy for our users, but rather checking boxes to get rid of us. 4) what we ended up with was a tool that was built using 5 apps that don't integrate well together. Towards the end, they began blaming the glitches on one of the apps and told us we would have to get with them to get it resolved. The 5 apps were not our solution, they were theirs. Now we are faced with having to quickly hire someone else to resolve the issues they left us with. I would not ever recommend this company.
