This is the worst EHR system I have ever used. Horrible customer service. It takes 20 minutes to send a prescription - oh and you may find that your prescriptions are not even received by the pharmacy despite Advantage software confirming they were successful. Not user friendly in the slightest.

Absolute worst EMR(Advantage) I have ever worked with. Of course, if you like banging your head against the keyboard out of frustration while using this POS, then this is right up your alley...
Numerous events of freezing daily. Poor platform. I've seen better looking programs from the 1990's.. if you want to take a trip down memory lane, order this EMR for your company and I'm sure your employees will appreciate you for going above and beyond for picking such ancient technology.

worst customer service ever. You can wait up to 3 weeks for someone to call you back. Meanwhile you cannot perform any billing functions.
