I love these hard-working ladies! I've been coming here since 2021. They do an amazing job at keeping my multiple businesses running smoothly and in order. In the past , I had some pretty bad experiences, and they made it stress free for me. They handle all my business bookkeeping, my payroll, business taxes, and record keeping. They helped me clean up my books so they were more clear understanding and alot easier to manage. Anytime I need help, they are right on it. Highly recommend them.

I usually do not like to write bad reviews even if my experience was not terribly good, but felt i needed to share my experience. I feel they could given better service to their customers if they could not treat the business like an attorneys office in my opinion and be a bit more flexible/accommodating as i find with pretty much all businesses i have dealt with over the last 30 years of being a business owner myself. The gal that was assisting me though was professional and polite which i appreciated. On the other hand get prepared to be charged for every little thing! even for basic phone call. Upon my severing of ties with the company and writing them a nice letter of separation the owner immediately fired back with how am i going to take care of the final billing. Seems that is all she is worried about as well. Through a couple of email exchanges she started to become a bit aggressive with us. Overall it just didn't feel good working with them. In my opinion i would definitely steer clear and look elsewhere as there are many other flexible and nice companies to work with out there.

Rachelle is amazing and has become more family then just a book keeper. We have been using her for the past 5 years. Whenever I have an issue she makes it a priority to solve it. Rachelle also saved my company from a major DOR Audit. I was not the best at keeping receipts. She has since educated me to help make my business more successful.
