Update * -- With the delta sync, "real-time" data is real-time. This is crucial for processing records instantaneously.

Have had very good experiences working with the Commercient team now for a few years. We have a couple of businesses that use differentiating workflows, and they were able to accommodate our needs on both sides. Implementation is a thorough process that takes some time, but they will do what it takes to make sure the outcome is what you envision.
