I had the opportunity to host my baby's first birthday at COhatch! Paulika and the COhatch team were so accommodating to our timeline, as well as our budget. They provided us with great space + extra seating + outdoor games for our guests. Also allowed us to come in a day before to set up the event area, which helped us a lot on the day of the event. Our photographer and event planners were also pleased with the location to recommend to their future clients! Our guests had a great time at the outdoor space and kids enjoyed the greenery + the train view!

I booked somewhere else that didn't seem to exist lol and began searching for somewhere to work and randomly found COhatch Duluth. First off it's cute! Really loved this location. It worked out well. Place is really nice. Environment was chill and quiet. Internet was fast and it's near food that's walkable. Autumn helped me and got me situated fast and showed me around so I could get to work. Really enjoyed working here and would 100 percent return if I'm back in the area. I came on a day pass and the price was reasonable. If you work from home def try working here and get out the house.

Looking for meeting space in downtown Duluth, check out this gem of a resource! Pricing is very competitive and includes access to lite refreshments. Service was fantastic - I truly appreciate the responsiveness of the staff who were supportive throughout the preparations for my board level meeting of executives. They were all impressed! Thanks for making me look good.

We had our rehearsal dinner here at the end of September. It was so difficult to find a place to have our event that was affordable and close to our wedding venue and hotel. I found CoHatch and looked into it. Paulika was fantastic! She made the process of finding the venue and the use of the venue so easy. She was there if we needed anything, especially because unfortunately the hurricane came the weekend of our wedding and the night of our rehearsal dinner it was pouring rain the whole time. But, Paulika made sure the venue was still ready for us despite the rain. She even offered to pick up some food for us downtown to bring over if we needed it! She was flexible with having us store food while we had our wedding rehearsal. The event itself was great! We were able to play music, a slideshow, have food, and enjoy the company of our friends and family! Whenever I need to host a party again I will definitely be thinking about using CoHatch again!

Our small women's group had the pleasure of hosting our kick-off Bible/Book study at CoHatch - Duluth this past weekend, and we were blown away by the experience! The hospitality was absolutely incredible, from the warm welcome to the attentive support throughout our time there (Thank you Paulika!!). The modern, beautifully designed co-working space was perfect for fostering a comfortable and inspiring atmosphere for our gathering. The facilities were top-notch, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Thank you, CoHatch, for making our event so special. We will definitely be back!

My Christian study group met at this site recently. The facilities were exceptional. Our room was modern and industrial, yet cozy. The outdoor view was refreshing. The atmosphere certainly enhanced our experience and made us want to linger.

What a great coworking space. We used the Annex building and patio/ garden for a corporate event last evening. It was super easy going from presentations right into cocktails and dinner. The room set up is spacious, yet gives a very cozy and laidback vide. It was a great start to our sales conference. Paulika and her team were wonderful to work with and extremely helpful and accommodating. We’ll certainly be back!
