I work for a small non-profit organization that hired Todd and his team with some IT support. After we ended our contract with CMIT, we thought we could still continue to use their services for single service requests, when needed, as we had established a great working relationship. However, that was not true. We are unable to receive any help with sensitive service requests. Instead, we get several months of weak communication and unanswered emails. I'm not sure why our organization is being singled out as I've noticed that there are plenty of other companies that have received superior service. To add to the confusion, we are loyal, paying customers as we understand how crucial these aspects are to a small organization.

Todd at CMIT Solutions is wonderful to work with. He helped my family recover some data from an old computer that had finally bit the bullet. He also helped us install a new hard drive into one of the older towers. Even though the job was small he still was willing to help us. I have consulted him about multiple computer/IT questions and each time he sat down with me to explain everything until I understood the process. If technology is not your strong suit or if you don't want to deal it; call Todd and his CMIT Solutions team; they will take care of it for you!

We had a situation where our IT company was no longer available. CMIT jumped in and was able to take care of us right away. When we upgraded our computer system (and individual PC's) they were very adept and responsive to our needs. They are so responsive that they let us know as soon as a virus is trying to infect our system before we know there is a problem. I highly recommend them anytime anywhere.
