Tom was phenomenal! We had an issue with the security cameras at our gate which ceased to communicate with the net video recorder. We had a difficult time finding a competent resource to help us promptly. We called CMIT. Tom answered the call and came that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running immediately. Tom was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
